  6. This is an amiga bitmap font which matches exactly
  7. one of the HP48's internal fonts used for the display.
  8.  
  9. I wrote this font in the need of having a font for my
  10. favorite editor, to write programs for the HP48 with
  11. the correct character set.
  12.  
  13. You can use it also as a very small fixed-width font
  14. for your Workbench, because it has an iso-latin-1 encoding.
  15.  
  16. To verify the font, take your HP48, press "ON <Left-Shift>
  17. CHARS" to get into the CHARACTERS menu, and use D [-64]
  18. and E [+64] to flip the pages. Press CANCEL to leave the
  19. menu.

  21. The font was written in a language that Adam Costellos BMFC
  22. accepts; you can find BMFC in the aminet (Aminet Set 1B CDROM)
  23.  
  24. This font is for free but is not freeware.
